We travelled down to Warrnambool on the west coast of Victoria to support Life Saving Victoria at their 2020 Junior State Championships, where more than 1,500 kids competed for medals. During a windy and cool long weekend, we supported LSV with training of their Safety and Emergency Management Officers for their state events, covering off on risk identification and mitigation, intelligent decision making and incident leadership. We were set to return to Lorne two weeks later to do it all again at their Senior Championships but this event has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
